Founder

Diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2005, Ashleigh created Cardiff Gluten-Free Festival to bring people together through safe food, community and discovery.

More than just a food festival, Cardiff Gluten-Free Festival is a welcoming place where people can discover amazing food, support independent businesses, hear inspiring stories and enjoy a day where everyone can eat with confidence.

Ashleigh's vision extends beyond a single event. Through future festivals, community events and meaningful partnerships, she hopes to continue bringing people together and celebrating gluten-free living all year round.
