Freshly fried gluten-free donuts made on the day, including cinnamon sugar, chocolate hazelnut and raspberry jam.

Fresh donuts were one of the most requested sweet treats in our visitor survey, and we already know Hopstop Donuts will be a hugely popular stop at the festival.

Parker's Free From

Savoury Partner

Award-winning gluten-free pies, sausage rolls, quiches, Scotch eggs and savoury bakes will be available from Parker's Free From.

Produced in a 100% gluten-free kitchen, their products are designed to taste every bit as good as (if not better than) their gluten-containing counterparts.

Fresh from winning their class at the British Pie Awards with their acclaimed Cowboy Brisket Pie, Parker's Free From is bringing some of the UK's most celebrated gluten-free savoury food to Cardiff.

Why This Festival Exists

Ashleigh

Founder

Cardiff Gluten-Free Festival began from a simple belief: Wales needed a dedicated event celebrating the coeliac and gluten-free community.

After receiving hundreds of survey responses and hearing from people across the UK, it became clear there was real demand for something like this.

Diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2005, I wanted to create more than a food festival. I wanted to create a welcoming space built around safe food, discovery and community.
