Settle into the cosy story corner for a reading of Alex and the Feel Good Foods, a story created to help children feel understood, included and more confident around food.

Children can also enjoy colouring, search sheets and creative activities inspired by the book, including the chance to take part in a special competition.

Families can also discover the Freeater app and explore how it can help them find more inclusive places to eat.

Biscuit Decorating

A hands-on activity for little foodies who love getting creative!

Choose from a selection of Schär gluten-free biscuits, then decorate your favourite with icing and colourful toppings to create your own biscuit masterpiece.

Once you’ve finished, share a photo of your creation on social media and tag Cardiff Gluten-Free Festival and Schär for the chance to win some Schär goodies.

A fun, creative activity with plenty of opportunity to get a little messy too. 🍪✨

Little Foodies Trail

A little festival adventure designed especially for our youngest visitors!

Collect your Little Foodies Trail card on entry, then make your way around the festival to find each of the Little Foodies stops. Explore what’s happening at every stop and get your trail card signed off as you go.

Once every stop has been completed, head back to the Prize Desk to collect your reward.

A fun way for children to explore, get involved and discover different parts of the festival, with a little Moo Free adventure along the way. 🐾
