Our speakers will share real experiences, practical advice and the things they’ve learned along the way. The session will also include Teen Talk: Growing Up Gluten-Free, giving young people the chance to share what life with coeliac disease is really like from their perspective.
Affordable and Realistic Gluten-Free Living

Travelling Gluten-Free
A practical and reassuring conversation about seeing the world while living gluten free, from planning ahead and navigating airports to eating out abroad and handling language barriers.
Our speakers will share real travel experiences, useful tips and the lessons they’ve learned to help make gluten-free travel feel more manageable and enjoyable.
